     Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
1 jar (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1 1/4 c chopped cooked corned beef (about 1 pound)
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Thousand Island Dressing
2 slices of rye bread, cubed
2 tbs butter or margarie, melted
 

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, corned beef, sour cream, onion and garlic. Transfer to a greased 11x17 inch baking dish. Drizzle with Thousand Island Dressing. Sprinke wit cheese and bread cubes. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Kelly Notes: I use more corned beef than this. Add a little more cheese. And more slices of rye bread. all I ever find is the kind sliced really think, but I use enough to cover the top.
