Boil chicken in salty water. Cool. Pull chicken off bone & cut up. Roll up in crescent rolls. Combine soups and milk and half of cheese in saucepan; heat until smooth. Pour mixture over rolls and sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. or until rolls are brown.
