Boil and debone chicken. Layer chicken, Doritos, cheese, onion and corn in casserole dish. Mix chicken soup and mushroom soup, milk and tomatoes. Pour over casserole. Top with cheese. Bake @ 375 until cheese is melted and casserole bubbly.
