Yogurt (1 1/2 Cups):Blend it with 1 1/2 cups water
1 lb any ONE of these vegetables:Boiled/Cooked/Steamed (Ash Gourd, Cucumber, Okra, String Beans)
Rice/Chana dal/Bengal Gram (3-4 tspns soaked for an hour)
Green Chillies 3-4
Coriander Seeds (1 tspn)
Coriander (1 fistful)
Turmeric (1 pinch)
Asafatida (1 Pinch)
Grated coconut ( 1 cup)
Ginger (a small piece)
Mustard Seeds (1 tspn)
Cumin Seeds (1 tspn)
Vegetable/Canola Oil (2 tspn)
Curry leaves 4-5
Instructions
Grind Rice/Chana dal/Bengal Gram, Green Chillies 3-4, Coriander Seeds (1 tspn, Coriander (1 fistful), Grated coconut ( 1 cup) and Ginger (a small piece) with a little water.
Heat oil in the pan and add Asafatida (1 Pinch), Mustard Seeds (1 tspn), Cumin Seeds (1 tspn), and wait till the mustard seeds burst. Then add the water blended yogurt and warm it on low flame for about 5-6 minutes.
Add the vegetables and boil it for a few more minutes.
