Ingredients
8 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ham diced
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F lightly grease 11x8 pan
In large bowl beat eggs, stir in milk mix in rest of ingredients. Pour in to pan
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
