     Bacon, Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz) elbow macaroni
1 can (14 ˝ oz) evaporated milk
˝ cup water
1 can (10 ˝ oz) cream of mushroom soup
˝ lb. American (or other) cheese, cubed or shredded
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. mustard
˝ lb. bacon, cooked
 

Instructions
Cook macaroni and drain. Combine milk, water, soup, cheese and mustard in medium pan; cook over low heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
Crumble bacon and combine with cheese sauce and macaroni. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole bowl.
Bake at 350°for 25-30 minutes.
