     Creamy Chive Dressing

Ingredients
1 medium Garlic Clove, finely minced
2 T finely snipped Chives
1 T finely snipped Flat-leaf Parsley leaves(1/2 T dried)
2 t White Vinegar
1 T Mayonnaise
1/2 C Buttermilk or plain Yogurt
Salt and White Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients well and refrigerate to blend flavors.
