1/2 t Cornstarch, dissolved in 2 T room-temperature water
!/2 C softened cream cheese
3 large Flour Tortillas (may use whole wheat)
9 Toothpicks
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix fruit and set aside.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt preserves. Stir in dissolved cornstarch until preserves thicken. Remove from heat.
Spread each tortilla with an equal amount cream cheese and then preserve mixture. Top each with an equal amount of fruit, roll up and cut into thirds. Insert toothpick into each piece and serve.
