Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9" loaf pan with canola oil spray and set aside.
Into large mixing bowl, sift flours, soda and salt.
In separate bowl whisk together oil, applesauce, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add mango and cranberries.
Combine fruit mixture and flour mixture and stir until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
Let cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
