In a skillet heat oil and sautee onion. Remove onion from skillet and drain on a paper towel. Brown ground turkey in skillet and drain if needed. Add the onion back to the skillet with the meat. Add taco seasoning to taste and 1/3 C water. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

When meat mixture is almost done heat the corn tortillas in skillet for just a few minutes turning half way through. Corn tortillas work best if you use two per taco. Only heat tortillas in a skillet or griddle. They do not taste good AT ALL heated in the microwave.

When tortillas are hot fill with meat, top with lettuce, tomato and a sliver of avacado
