Combine dry ingredients first; add eggs, vanilla, & pineapple. Stir until everything is blended well. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
Icing:
Mix together, pour over hot cake that has holes punched in top with large fork (icing soaks better into cake).
