combine hamburger with egg, onion, garlic salt, pepper, crushed crackers and a couple of shakes of worcestershire sauce. mix well. make into oval shaped patties. brown in skillet 4 minutes on each side remove from pan. drain grease
whisk flour and water together in bowl add ketsup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and i can of soup mix together. put in skillet bring to a simmer, add hamburger patties, cook on low 15 to 20 min. turning meat over till meat is done.
