     Pineapple Bread Pudding

5 eggs
5 slices of thick bread
1 cup light brown sugar
1 stick butter (Melted)
1 20oz. can crushed pinapple in heavy syrup

Combine eggs and sugar and whisk well.
Add melted butter and pineapple and stir to combine throughly
Cut bread into cubes and stir into pineapple mixture.
Let sit 15 minutes for bread to absorb liquids, pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish, bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown and crispy on top.
