1.Stir together water, yeast, salt and sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Add 9c flour to make a very stiff dough.
3. Add oleo, mix well and let sit 30 minutes

4. Knead Bread on floured surface (or put it in your fancy mixer)
5. Place kneaded bread in greased bowl and let rise til double (but NOT on your stove, it just might bake the dough )

6. Punch down, cut in loaf half and flatten on a floured surface. Pour melted butter on the flattened dough and add cinnamon and sugar until your satisfied with the results (usually 1 stick of butter per half loaf).
7. Roll the dough up and pinch it’s seam shut. Use floss (or knife) to cut the rolls about 1” tall.
8. Put in greased pyrex and bake until risen and golden brown.
9. For a more moist roll drizzle melted butter on top of the rolls before baking.

(Optional Caramel Topping)
Caramel Topping
1 C water ½ C white sugar
¼ C brown sugar 2 T oleo
Boil water, sugars and oleo unitl sugars dissolve. Pour into a 9x13 pan and top with rolls. (you make them upside down for this).
