Sift together the first 4 items. Melt butter with cocoa and water.Bring to boil and pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla and mix well and pour into prepared sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
FROSTING:
Start with melting butter and adding cocoa and milk. Bring to rapid boil and add 1 box sift powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Pour over cake while hot
