     Deer Camp Venison Steaks

Ingredients
4-lbs Venison Steaks
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 leaves fresh basley
 
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary
salt & pepper

Instructions
Chop parsley, basil, rosemary and crush garlic. Heat water, olive oil, chicken broth, butter, hot sauce and garlic in med. sauce pan. Reduce to simmer add remaining ingred. Simmer for 20 mins. stirring often. Pour over steaks and marinate for 4 hrs or overnight
