Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time to creamed mixture. Beat until smooth.
Sift remaining dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine milk, vanilla, and lemon flavoring. Add sifted ingredients, alternating with milk, into creamed mixture.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
