     Spinach Pie

Ingredients
1 lb dough
2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
small can chopped black olives
small can mushroom pieces
1 cup chopped pepperoni
2 tbsp oil
garlic powder
 
Instructions
Cook spinach, drain well. 1 tbsp oil in pain, add spinach, olives, pepperoni & mushrooms. Sprinkle w/ garlic powder - 1/2 hour over low heat, stirring occassionally
Cool @ room temp. Spread 1 tbsp oil on bottom of jelly roll pan Stretch dough to rectangle shape w/ no tears. Spread spinach mix on top and roll
Tuck ends under, w/ seam on bottom Sprinkle top w/ garlic powder Bake 375 degrees until golden.
Let cool completely before cutting.
