lemon juice

milk

pie crust for top & bottom

Instructions |
|
|
|
Layer bottom crust in pie pan
Add mixture of sugar, cinnamon, salt & nutmeg over apples
|
|
|
|
Will be a very high mound, will cook down
Dot top of apples w/ butter
Sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice over apples
|
|
|
|
Lay on top crust
Slice vent holes in crust, paint on milk to brown crust
|
|
|
|
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes
|
