     Double Fudge Brownies

22 oz pkg chocolate brownie mix 1/3 cup chocolate chips ½ cup very hot tap water ½ cup oil 1 egg Filling: 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 ½ cup salted peanuts Spanish or cocktail Topping: 2 cups powdered sugar 2/3 cups chocolate chips 5.33oz. can evaparoted milk ½ cup margarine 1 t vanilla Heat oven 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine all brownie ingredients. Beat 50 times, pour into pan bake 30 – 35 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over brownies immediately after removing from oven. Meanwhile in saucepan combine powdered sugar, 2/3 c evaporated milk and margarine bring to boil over medium heat. Cook 8-10 min. stirring constantly. Add vanilla let cool. Sprinkle cooled bars with peanuts: pour topping over peanuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
