Cream:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
Mix:
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
Put 2/3 of creamed mixture in bottom of pan. Pour in other mixture on top. Finish with remainder of creamed mixture. Add nuts on top if desired. Bake 350 for 35-45 min.
