1 c chopped celery
1 c cooked rice
2 c bread crumbs
2 t salt
3 c diced cooked chicken (4 Lbs)
4 beaten eggs
½ tsp poultry seasoning
2 c chicken broth
Mix & Bake in casserole for 45 min at 350.
When set & Brown – pour sauce over.
Sauce:
1 c mushroom soup
1/3 C milk heated
