1 to 1 ½ lbs hamburger
salt & pepper to taste
Cover bottom of casserole with chopped cabbage. Place hamburger on top. On this put ½ cup minute rice – over this pour 1 can cream mushroom soup – bake ½ hour then put grated cheese over top then bake ½ hr more
350 for 1 hr
