2 pkg orange Jell-O
2 c boiling water
1 c apricot nectar (juice)
1 large can crushed drained pineapple
leave until sets
cover with miniature marshmallows
Topping:
Cook ½ pineapple juice
½ apricot nectar
½ c sugar
2 T flour
1 egg
2 T butter
Cover topping with 1 C cool whip after it is cooled
