1 pkg dry yeast
½ c warm water
¼ c oil
Beat the following with mixer:
¼ c warm milk
½ c sugar
1 egg
1 ½ c flour
Then add one more cup flour – let rise
Flatten out in 8x18 pan
Cover with sour cream – then sprinkle with ½ c sugar & 2 Tbsp cinnamon
Let rise to double & bake 30 min at 375
