3 ½ c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Pour into dry mixture:
1 c salad oil
4 unbeaten eggs
2/3 c water
1 can pumpkin (2cups)
3 c sugar
add nuts if desired
Makes 3 loaves
Bake 350 for 1 hr
