1c soft shortening
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
Cream then add
Sift 2 ¾ c flour
2 t cream of tartar
1 t soda
¼ t salt
shape in balls size of walnut roll in 2 T sugar and 2 t cinnamon. 400 degrees 8 to 10 min.
