1 Tbsp cornstarch dissolve in 2 Tbsp cold water add ½ c hot water and cook until thick- cool beat 2 egg whites until they form peak – add 4 Tbsp sugar & cornstarch mixture – beat until stiff Put on top of pie – Brown @ 350 for 20 min.
