1/3 Cup ketchup
|
|
3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided
|

2 Tbsp. chili sauce
|
|
1 Tbsp. horseradish
|
|
1/4 Tsp. hot sauce

3 Tbsp. olive oil
|
|
2 Cloves garlic, minced
|
|
1 Tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
|
|
1/8 Tsp. pepper
|

2 Lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions |

|
Heat grill to medium-high. Combine ketchup, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, chili sauce, horseradish and hot sauce in small bowl; set aside.

Combine olive oil, remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic, lemon peel and pepper in small bowl. Pour over shrimp.

|
Grill shrimp in 2 batches, in grill basket or on grill rack, 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque. Serve with prepared sauce.
