     Lemon Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients
1 8-oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. carton light sour cream
1 1/2 Tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 Tsp. garlic powder
1 6-oz. can broken or tiny shrimp, well-drained
36 Assorted crackers
36 Salad shrimp (thawed, if frozen)
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 

Instructions
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, lemon pepper and garlic powder with electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Add drained, canned shrimp. Beat until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Spoon or pipe cheese mixture onto crackers. Top each with salad shrimp and parsley, if desired.
