Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain spinach and press between paper towels to remove excess moisture. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and hot sauce. Stir in spinach.
Spoon into 1-quart quiche dish or pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with chips.
