Heat oven as directed on package. Coat bottom 0f 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine bread mix, flax meal and apricots in medium bowl; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and water according to package directions. Mix until moistened; fold in nuts, if desired.
Bake and cool as directed on package.
