Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble. Cook sausage in bacon fat. Remove sausage from pan and drain. Reserve 2 tblsp of fat. Put bacon,sausage aside. With reserved fat, saute onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, and ground chuck.
Add bacon, sausage, chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, chopped tomato, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in olives and season with more cayenne pepper to bring to desired heat.
