     DOG-Banana Biscotti

Ingredients
5 c. flour
1.5 cup pureed banana
1tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/8 c. peanuts
1/4 c. veg oil
carob for melting and dipping
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet and mix until lumpy. Add water by teaspoon as needed. Knead by hand on floured surface. Form into logs abou 2" high. Flatten to make bicotti about 6" wide and 1" tall. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 30-40 min. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2" to 1" biscotti slices. Bake another 10 min or until golden. Let cool and dip in melted carob
