     Angel Biscuits

Ingredients
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cups buttermilk
1 cake yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
3/4 cup shortening
 

Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together cut in shortening. Add buttermilk and dissolved yeast. Work till all flour is moistened. Cover bowl tightly and put in the fridge. Take out as much as needed. Roll on board 1/2" thick. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. This dough will keep in fridge for weeks.
