Combine and mix well cake mix, nuts 1/3 c milk, and butter. Press half of mix into bottom of a greased 8x13 inch baking dish, bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Melt caramel in top of double boiler with 1/2 c milk. When caramel mix is wellmixed, pour over baked mixture. Cover with choc chips and pour rest of dough on top of chips. Bake for 18 min. Cool before slicing.
