Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
garlic
1 tsp. cumin
3 tsp. beef boullion
2 cups water
1 1/2 cup rice
salt and pepper
one onion chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
 
Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil, cover on cook for 20 med. on low heat.
