     Cranberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)
 

Instructions
Mix everything together adding berries last. Bake in greased and floured 8" square pan. Spread batter just to thickness of berries. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown. Serve hot with sauce.
Sauce: 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup undiluted canned milk. Cook a few minutes until sugar is dissolved. Then add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 T. butter. Stir. Serve warm over pudding cake.
