     Chile Verde Dip

Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) refried black beans
1 tsp. plus 1 T. Southwestern Seasoning Mix
1 lime
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 ounces chopped green chilies, undrained
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 can (3.25 oz.) pitted ripe olives, divided
5 oz. grated cheddar cheese, divded
 
1 small bunch of cilantro, snipped
tortilla chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix beans with 1 tsp. seasoning mix, spread over bottom of a deep pie dish. Juice the lime and measure out 1 T. juice. Mix cream cheese, lime juice, chiliesm garlic and remaining seasoning mix, stir and place in pie dish.
Mix onion, 1/2 olives and 1 cup cheese. Spread into pie dish. Bake 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese, olives and cilantro over hot dip.
