Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with foil and then with
parchment paper. Arrange matzoh sheets on pan, breaking if
needed to fit.
Melt butter and sugar together, then pour over matzoh sheets.
Place in oven and reduce heat to 350 and bake for 15 minutes,
checking to make sure mixture is not burning.
Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips.
Let stand for 5 minutes then spread chocolate over matzoh. While
still warm, cut into squares or odd shapes. Chill in the refrigerator
until set.
VARIATIONS: You can use white chocolate, dark chocolate or a
combination, or add nuts, almonds, etc., while still warm.
