     Impossible Pie

Ingredients
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 eggs
7 oz. angel flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Spray 2 pie plates with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pie plates.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
