Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain.
In medium bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan and egg. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff pasta with cheese mixture. Arrange in 13X9 baking dish. Pour spaghetti sause evenly over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
