     Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can boneless, skinless salmon
1/8 c. vinegar
1 tbs. mustard
1 tbs. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/8 lb. Club crackers, crumbled
 

Instructions
Drain salmon. Comibe all ingredients except crackers. Mix well then add crackers. Make into patties. Fry in just a little bit of oil over low-medium heat.
**TIP** Club crackers really make this recipe. My original called for saltines so you can certainly substitute but give the Club crackers a try. You won't be sorry.
