     Green Bean Salad Dijon

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs. green beans, trimmed
3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. minced shallots
1 1/2 tsp.whole-grain Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs. olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 

Instructions
Bring pot of water to boil. Add beans: cook until just tender, 3-5 minutes. Drain; rinse under cold water until cool, about 1 minute. Meanwhile, in large bowl combine vinegar, shallots, mustard, marjoram, salt and pepper. Whisk oil until combined. Add beans and tomatoes; toss.
