500g potatoes
|
|
500g green beans
|
|
2 cans of tuna in oil (~250g)
|

2 sp. of mayonaise
|
|
juice of 1 lemon
|
|
1 can of corn (150 g)
|
|
parsley, to taste
|

salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions |

|
Peel and cook the potatoes until ready, 15 min. Be sure not to overcook.
|

|
Cut of the ends of greenbeans. Cook for about 5-10 min.
|
|
|
In a mixing bowl add tuna, corn, mayonaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mix.
|
|
|
Cool of potatoes and green beans. Cut potatoes in medium size chunks. Add potatoes and green beans to mixing bowl. Add chopped parsley on the top.
