Ingredients

-	2 sweet potatoes
-	Olive oil
-	Paprika


Instructions


Scrub & dry sweet potatoes. Cut each into 8 slices.


Toss with olive oil & paprika.


Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 deg.


Turn & bake for 10 minutes more.
