Always use double brisket *** brisket or chuck roast ,
add 1 can beer
1 pkg dry veg mix
1 can cranberry sauce
or season with onion soup mix (2-3 T) ,
add wine
garlic
Instructions
Brown in fry pan
put in slow cooker or heavy iron pot with liquid and other ingredients
set between heat level 2-3 and cook for for 6-8 hours
Do NOT open
Other:
1-3 # double brisket
1 12 o. can Coke
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 10 oz. bottle chili sauce
Brown brisket in dutch oven. Pour in coke, onion soup mix and chili sauce.
cover tightly and cook over low heat at simmering point for at least 2 hours or until very tender.
Slice and serve with pan juices
