Ingredients
1 1/2# ground beef
chopped chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t black pepper
2 shakes red pepper
1/8 c worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 t parsley
1/4 c ketchup
1/3 c seasoned bread crumbs
 
4 shakes Italian seasoning
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients by hand Form into loaf Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 min or until internal temp. reaches 160-170 degrees
