     Baked French Swirl Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf (16 oz) Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into cubes
3/4 dried cranberries or raisins
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups half & half or milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon-sugar or confectioners' sugar
whipped butter
maple syrup
 

Instructions
Place bread cubes & cranberries in greased 3 qt shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, half & half, & vanilla. Pour over all. Cover & refrigerate 1 hr or overnight.
Bake at 350. for 45 minutes or until golden brown & set in center. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Serve with butter & syrup.
