Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs) or canned chicken
-
1 (12 oz) bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce or Red Hot
-
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
-
1 (16 oz) bottle blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
-
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar, monterey jack combo
-
Serve with celery or tortilla chips.

or can combine all ingredients in crockpot

Instructions
In large saucepan, boil the chicken in water until cooked through. Drain & shred with 2 forks.
Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken meat with hot sauce until mixed evenly. Transfer chicken mix into 13x9 baking pan & spread to form an even layer.
In large saucepan over medium heat combine the cream cheese & blue cheese, stirring until smooth & hot. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken & mix evenly with chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top & bake uncovered for another 10 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
